Each Rotary Club sets its own interview schedule, so be sure to check with your local club!

Deadline for Rotary Clubs to request RYLA and Young
RYLA slots via the web (conferees they would like to send). |

March 15 |
All payments from Rotary Clubs must have been received by the Registrar
for the numbers of slots requested this year. |

March 31 |
The RYLA
Registrar notifies Rotary Club RYLA reps as to how
many conferees they will be able to send. In the event they cannot
send as many conferees as paid for, the balance can be refunded, kept as a credit,
or they may sponsor conferees from other clubs. |

April 30 |
RYLA and Young RYLA application period ENDS

May 15 |
Last date for Rotary Clubs to Finalize their candidate selections on the web site.

May 15 |
Rotary RYLA Reps fax the Completed and Signed
Senior RYLA applications to the Registrar
BEFORE this date in order for the applicants to attend RYLA.
Be sure to keep a "waiting list" of those you would like to send but who didn't fit in your number
of slots. Potential conferees' schedules change, and additional slots tend to open up! |

Rotary RYLA Reps must fax Young RYLA Paperwork to the Registrar BEFORE

June 15 |
Last day Rotary clubs can request refunds
for slots they are unable to fill. |

Introduce the
winning students at a Rotary meeting! |

Conferees arrive at the YMCA in Estes Park from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. It is
the responsibility of the sponsoring
Rotary club to make sure the candidate has transportation to
and from the conference (club member, parent, etc.) |

Center in Larkspur, CO from 2:30 - 4 p.m.
